Where we started.
The fashion industry is under intense scrutiny when it comes to ethical and sustainable production practices. HUGO BOSS set out to change the industry by leading this transformation. Changes in the operations teams responsible for supply chain and digital creation created uncertainty and required action to rebuild trust and positive momentum.

What we did.
We worked with the teams and individual leaders to build a healthy, trusting and robust team foundation. This included team assessments, workshops, 1:1 coaching and mentoring. Over a period of 6 months, we supported the creation of a culture based on trust, openness and clear communication.

What we accomplished.
The coaching and team development process began and ended with surveys to assess the health of the teams and their progress. In both teams, we saw a significant increase in team happiness and satisfaction and a reduction in churn and turnover rates after our intervention.
