A clear brand definition and positioning, a refined marketing mix that enables consumer base expansion and business growth.
1
Where we started.
Waterdrop's vision is a world without bottled water. Their product, a tasty little cube that adds flavour and function, makes hydration simple. Seven years after launch and with rapid year-on-year growth, the brand and marketing programme needed an overhaul - more focus, prioritisation and clarity.
2
What we did.
We began by dissecting the brand and founding story through interviews and assessments and worked with the leadership team to build a more coherent brand framework, including identity, positioning and strategy. We fine-tuned specific marketing tactics (sports marketing, sampling, PR...) and ran a two-day training programme to get all marketers on board with the new content.
3
What we accomplished.
The new brand and marketing strategy guides activations, communications and wider business decisions. Teams have clarity on the why, what and how. Decision making processes are streamlined - less opportunistic and more strategically focused.
