Where we started.

Henry Lamotte is one of Europe's largest suppliers of food ingredients, specialising in oils and quality food products from around the world. A change in leadership and board structure in 2022 kicked off a wider transition process across the management team, highlighting the need for aligned and coordinated leadership across the organisation.

What we did.

We designed a 12-month leadership development programme for Henry Lamotte's senior management team of 45 executives. It started with an in-depth development centre, followed by tailored training modules on leadership and self-management practice, and concluded with individual coaching for selected members of the management board.

What we accomplished.

The new management team has successfully taken up its new responsibilities and operates according to an agreed set of principles and values. Weaknesses in the leadership team have been addressed and the teams are playing to their strengths. In 2024, Lamotte had one of the most successful years in its history.
