Florian Klaass
As a senior marketing and brand strategist with over two decades of experience, Florian has led international teams and implemented global marketing programs in the FMCG industry.
At Red Bull, he spent 15 years as a key brand architect and Senior Global Marketing board member, driving the brand's global success and consumer marketing excellence.
By leading talented global teams, he has set industry benchmarks and nurtured careers across all five continents.
Today, Florian curates a collective of interdisciplinary professionals to help brands, organisations, teams and leaders focus on their core strengths. A marketing veteran and certified systemic business coach, he simplifies complex challenges to improve leadership effectiveness and drive long-term business growth.
In addition to leading K&CO, Florian heads the European CMO Council for The Conference Board, a global business think tank and insights organisation.
