Where we started.
BORA is the inventor of the cooktop extractor system. After 15 years of revolutionising the premium kitchen market, it was time to expand from a single product to a complete kitchen hardware range (oven, refrigerator, etc.). This required a revised business strategy and strategic roadmap.

What we did.
We collaborated with the executive team to develop a holistic global business strategy, including a new vision, mission, tagline, brand positioning, and strategic roadmap. We supported marketing in executing the strategy through community concepts, customer acquisition, and content strategies. Additionally, we assisted the CMO in cultivating an inspiring team culture by clarifying DNA, values, purpose, and processes.

What we accomplished.
The new tagline "The End of Normal" guides BORA and its teams. The revised strategy serves as a North Star, directing product launches and market expansion. The marketing team is fully engaged, boosting brand awareness and consideration.
