Where we started.
Almamet is a leading supplier of industrial process solutions to the metallurgical and chemical industries. After more than three decades, the company's ownership and leadership structures were changing and a new board, management team and CEO were in place. The aim of our intervention was to sharpen the team's identity and business goals and priorities.

What we did.
We accompanied the transition process and supported the new CEO and management team in defining / refining the team identity and common priorities. Based on an in-depth assessment, findings from individual interviews and team workshops were used to create a clearly defined team DNA, as well as a corporate vision, mission and strategic roadmap.

What we accomplished.
The new management team has successfully taken on its new responsibilities and is operating according to a set of agreed principles and values. They are driving a well-defined strategic roadmap that aims to expand geographically and into new business areas, following clearly defined business priorities and objectives.
